Your NAD+ injection membership automatically renews monthly until canceled. You may cancel without an early termination fee by providing notice at least seven days before your next billing date. Unused treatment credits do not roll over, except where required by law or applicable policy. Medical exceptions and refunds are handled according to your membership agreement.
