Do I have to give myself an injection?

No. You may choose an at-home injection program or an in-office program where your weekly injection is administered for you.

Do you offer options without injections?

Yes. Tablet weight management options are available to eligible patients when clinically appropriate.

Do you provide weight management throughout Florida?

Eligible tablet and at-home weight management services are available throughout Florida. In-office injections are provided at our Lakeland location.

What is the difference between at-home and in-office injections?

At-home patients administer their weekly medication themselves. In-office patients visit our Lakeland office and have the weekly injection administered for them.

How often are in-office injections given?

The program includes up to one injection per week, with up to four in-office injections during each 28-day membership cycle.

Do you have specific Shot Days?

No. There are no designated Shot Days at this time. Current members schedule their weekly injection from available appointment times.

Can I switch between at-home and in-office programs?

Patients interested in changing programs should contact the practice so medication supply, billing, timing, and clinical appropriateness can be reviewed.

Is medication automatically prescribed when I enroll?

No. All treatment requires clinical review and medication is prescribed only when medically appropriate.

Dosing is individualized and may be adjusted when clinically appropriate based on treatment response, tolerance, medical history, and provider assessment.

Does my price increase when my dose increases?

No. Injection program pricing is flat for each 28-day cycle. Your program price does not increase simply because your prescribed dose changes.

What happens if I miss an in-office injection appointment?

Unused or missed weekly visits do not roll over into future membership cycles. Contact the office regarding scheduling questions.
