Fluid-Only Hydration vs. a Signature IV: What's the Difference?

How Simple Hydration, Lactated Ringer's and Signature IV infusions differ, and how our clinician helps you choose in Lakeland, FL.

Fluid-only options

Simple Hydration IV ($99) uses 0.9% saline with no added vitamins. Lactated Ringer's IV ($125) provides fluid with electrolytes including sodium, potassium and calcium, also with no added vitamins.

These options are for patients who want fluids alone and nothing more.

Signature IV infusions

Our Signature IV Collection, starting at $159, combines IV fluids with selected vitamins and minerals such as B vitamins, vitamin C, magnesium or zinc, depending on the infusion.

Each Signature option is built around a wellness goal, such as hydration, energy, skin glow or women's wellness.

How to choose

If you are unsure, start with a question rather than a guess. Every visit begins with a health review of your history, medications and allergies. Our clinician can explain which option may fit or whether an IV is appropriate at all.
